The FlowGame Context
In these shifting times, our world needs to unfold to the new possibilities and the full potential which reside in us – as individuals, collectives and as Humanity. People, teams, organizations are faced with deep questions which hold much uncertainty about the next steps, the wise action to take forward and the decision to take.
What is the FlowGame
The Flow Game is a process designed as a board game hosting 4-6 participants. It creates the space for individual and collective consciousness and intelligence to emerge through reflection, dialogue and interactive learning. Its aim is to strengthen and bring focus and dynamic movement into an important area or question in one’s life – be it a project, a future direction of your work or relationships or as part of your personal growth.
How do we play the FlowGame?
Each player comes with an individual focus or intent. Meaningful questions combined with joint reflection and a sharing of knowledge and experiences among the players fuel the process of the game. During the game players’ personal and authentic leadership as well as entrepreneurial drive are viewed from four different perspectives: leadership, partnership, vision and action.
At the end of the game participants will have a stronger and clearer base from which to make decisions so they can proceed more wisely.
To which contexts it can serve?
The Flow Game seems to be useful in many different contexts. It has been played in many different contexts across the world from Board rooms to villages in Africa, from homes to leadership trainings, with individual as well as with teams.

What has most touched you in terms of its process?
“What touches me most is that the process allows one to get in touch
with deeper, under surface emotions, desires and the truths that we
already know but somehow blocked or afraid to see. It is almost a
gentle way of listening to the divine messages in the field.”
Filiz Telek, Turkey
“What touched me about the Flow Game process is its inclusivity, always simultaneously triggering the individual and the collective … the way it opens a space for inquiry, discovery and activity … strengthening deep listening and collective exploring … arriving through simplicity and creativity to the nourishment and nurturing of the Self of all participating.”

“Valentine is the most natural host: welcoming, inclusive,
non-judgmental, joyful. She makes you feel safe and at home. Her
unique gift is to speak what needs to be spoken with lightness, like a
gentle warrioress. She is a beautiful and strong space holder for
anyone who trembles through deep sensing and transition”.
Filiz Telek, Turkey
“I am grateful that my Flow Game experience was hosted by Valentine. Her way of holding the space allowed us to enter the game with confidence, knowing that we will be facilitated with care. Her listening beyond the words opens the space for the intuition to go deeper and show up clearer. Her spontaneity encourages the heart to be courageous and playful in its expression.”
